I have used Beatriz since 2019 when I was looking for my first apartment in NY. A colleague at work referred her to me and I've never used anyone else since then. She has a great team around and with her, very welcoming and fast with communication. They are also always available to answer any questions a customer has. All you need is to communicate with her your needs, hard no's and "must haves", and desired location and she'll do the work.
